the only way to reduce emf effects is to lower the overall emf get urself an emf detector and see wich device is causing you to get such high emf then fix or replace the product

Question: Are you refering to a sensation of fear artificially induced by the EMF? I've heard of certain musical notes and vibrations causing this effect. The fear cage would be the area inundated by the field. You could alter such a field by adding additional sounds that counterbalance the sensation.
