Use 0-rings if you have them, or use a well washed bit of pink eraser stuck on the end until you can get a new ball. Buy some extras this time, and ask your piercer to check the tension on your ring.
How long should you clean your Tragus piercing? I have been cleaning it twice a day for two weeks now. I also have not had any problems with it, love it!
