How do I defragment a Gateway computer?

    Go into My Computer, right click on the hard drive you want to defragment (Usually C:). Go to properties in the right click menu. Then click on the Tools tab of the properties screen.

    The option to defragment the drive should be there.

    If your computer is in fragments, you might as well just throw it away. It's really hard to superglue all those parts back together again, and it probably won't boot once you do.

    Defrag is a windows program. You can defrag anything that has windows it has nothing to do with the brand.
