Most definitely. I used to live in Brooklyn, and I live in New Jersey right now. Compare the two, and New York definitely doesn't sleep. In Jersey, you can go outside at 2AM and NO ONE is there. In New York, it's the same as day, only with the moon out and not the sun.
NYC just naps once a week.
