No. I feel like I talk smarter around girls, because I'm so attentive. I'll admit though, there have been times when I was SO attracted to a girl that I got an adrenaline rush that made me a little short on words.

Pretty much all of the ones i've ever known do, including myself. The more attractive the girl, the less smooth the guy is able to be.
Alcohol helps counteract this problem, and sometimes it makes things worse.

There have been many studies that show men tend to lose at least some of the rational abilities in the presence of attractive women.
They consistently overestimate the value of things - hence are willing to pay more for them in those situations. Even pictures of pretty women are enough to show this effect. No hope of bedding the woman or impressing her needs to be part of it, no matter how subtly implied.
