Help answer this question below.
1. look at the cases with common senses, if person a is suing person be fore their kids building a treehouse in the yard of person b because the treehouse is ugly or has a view over person a's privacy fence, you know, something trivial. throw the case out.
2. disallow "pain and suffering" pay offs. medical bills, lost wages that kind of thing are fine but the "pain and suffering" suits are just about revenge and or getting a payoff.
3. announce a background check for all parties involved in a lawsuit. watch how many suits are dropped.
4. drug addicts arrested for possession of one does or less should go directly to rehab, do not pass go, do not take up court time and jail space.
5. child molesters caught red handed (video evidence, etc) , send them straight to the vet for castration, don't waste the courts time.
6. disallow "resisting arrest" arrests. if they did something arrest them for it, don't arrest someone for resisting arrest alone, that's just stupid.
