Arrests are public record. Nothing you can do to stop that, unless you're under age.
Anyone can find anything out, it's all public information. Here in Florida, they even print little magazines I see at the corner store called Mug News or something. It's just pictures of everyone that was arrested that week with their name, DOB, charge and date of arrest. I guess they want to shame people into staying out of jail ... it's not working though, I notice the book getting thicker and thicker every week!!
if the person knows your name they can go online to find out what you were arrested for

You're reading Wen u go 2 a precinct..nd u were arrested..will the police give any info to my boyfriend on what i was arrested 4? even if i was der physically wit him at da precinct? cuz i dont want da police to give any info to my boyfriend whether im with him or not!!
