I would have to say roast beef. Nothing better than a pot raost with roasted potatoes and gravy and glazed carrots and a nice glass of red wine! mmmmmm I gotta go to the butcher!

Roast beef, yeah - but only with Dad's home-made gravy and plenty of hot english mustard! Oh, and roast vegies. It's an artery-hardening love fest, but great once in a while!

I wouldn't thank you for either, knowing something of the production methods for both. Chicken has got to be the worst. Greasy, bony stuff and their scaly legs and claws utterly put me off.

I have quit eating beef and fortunately I love eating chicken. That sounds pretty good right about now; a big juicy rotisserie lemon pepper chicken.
