Is it possible to give adequate time to ur wife & kids & still be VERY close with ur kids when u come home each day at 8o'clock evening?

    The question is a bit vague to answer.

    But I would say depending on your personality and love for the kids it could easily be more than enough, if not too much.

    It is genrally not the amount of time but the quality of time you spend with your wife and kids.

    If you work hard supporting your family there is nothing wrong with that. But you should try to spend quality time with your family if your job requires you (and even if it doesn't) to work such long hours.

    BTW: you should go back and reword your question to use proper english words. your instead of 'ur'
