MY BROTHER IS BEING ACCUSED OF ENTERING THE U.S AFTER ALREADY BEING DEPORTED ONCE BUT ITS NOT TRUE HOW CAN I GO ABOUT FINDING INFORMATION ON DEPORTATIONS THAT SPACIFIC YEAR?

You don't need to do anything.

Your brother's accusers must PROVE everything they say, in a court of law, and if they cannot do that (as you claim), your brother goes free.

I think you are screwed in this case...the numbers trying to cross illegaly are extreamly high, and identification can easily be mixed up. The police and legal depts probably wont help you either.
