Have you noticed music or art changing in the US because of the recession?

not really. the only significant change ive noticed is the drop in art prices. but music and art are a reflection of the times, so yes the recession has influenced art, but not radically the way a depression would. if the winds of change draw out the recession for a really long time or the economy takes an even bigger turn for the worse, we will probably start to see more socio-political messages in music lyrics and artwork subject matter.
