Can a builder make a "condition" of buying his lot that I list and sell my home with the real estate agent representing his new development?

    A person who is selling something can make any type of condition they like when they try to sell their product. It is up to the buyer to ask for the condition to be struck down.
    It is always the buyers responsibility to make certain that they are not being scammed in some way or other.

    Probably....but you don't have to sign that contract or you can change the condition prior to signing, with the builder's approval. I would run the contract by an attorney before signing anything anyway..always.

    I doubt it, but I think only a real estate lawyer in your area can say for certain, and they'll probably want to see the actual contract before declaring.
