I don't think it is. I had plenty of adult friends as a teen and none of them tried to 'further' the relationship. Friends come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. Heck, I'm friends with quite a few people who are a lot younger then I am now. I really don't see anything wrong with it at all.
It depends on what his intentions are, but hopefully he really is just a nice guy. How old is he? Has he befriended any other students? I hope he didn't leave your school just so he could be friends with you, because I believe teachers aren't supposed to have relationships with their students out of school.
It is not appropriate for you to keep being around your ex-teacher. Even if nothing of any sort of sexual nature ever happens, he could still be accused of it, or get in trouble somehow. He is no longer your teacher at the school, so just not appropriate for you to seek him for help. Listen to what Judge Dreed said. He is totally correct!
Yes it CAN BE! be very careful.Your needs can get him in big trouble.I am a Judge.I have seen very good men go to jail for being good guys.If you need someone to talk to, talk here.we will help you with this.Your friend JUDGE DREED.
