If you don't pay your bill, they shut the gas off. Whether you have children is immaterial.
if you have kid's you don't have to pay any of your bills us taxpayers will gladly pay higher rates because of deadbeats
I would hope not. That ought to be illegal, and subject to stiff penalties of heavy company fines and 1-3 years in jail for the human who shuts the gas off.
