I HAVE A '95 ECLIPSE I PUT IN NEW WIRES, PLUGS AND COIL AND CLEANED INJECTORS BUT STILL SEEMS TO BE MISSING AND HAS NO HORSEPOWER. COULD THE PROBLEM BE MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER?

    yes!... it could have collapsed inside ... this will do what you are describing

    it could be could also be the oxygen sensor if you drive it for a period of time at night and get it to die a few times if the cause is the catalys it will be glowing red underneath the car
