Help answer this question below.

Which way do you stir your cup of tea/coffee? does it change if you hold the spoon in your other hand. I am left-handed and i stir in an anti-clockwise direction.

    JAMMco... its complicated...

    I'm right handed and I stir clockwise first, then counter clockwise to stop the momentum, then I kind of scoop from the bottom to the top, then try to scrape the sides of the cup and give it one more good clockwise stir and then counter to stop movement.

    With my left hand, I tend to splash a lot and make a huge mess.

    Im the same - my brother says your supposed to go clockwise because its the way the gravity pulls like the movement of a toilet - somet strange - he said you go anti - clockwise if you live in places like austrailia.

    But hes stupid - i make what i call a damn fine cup of coffie - lol - love that phrase

    Hmmm... sorry to be the rebel, but I don't stir my tea. I like to taste the flavor as it was intended/ mixed/ cured. I don't add sugar or milk.

    Both...Counter clockwise for a few turns, then back the other way...just to be sure the sugar is disolved good.... (I'm right-handed, btw)....

    I do it up and down inside the cup not round and round.Not clockwise or anticlockwise.It dissolves faster, try it!

    The coffee stirs itself counter-clockwise, it just uses your hand like an ouija board does, otherwise we'd have a near 50/50 split in the stirring direction instead of 80/20.
