practice is the answer to performing anything technical.
try breaking them into tetrachords and learning them very slowly.
when you have both tetrachords down put them together.
then slowly, gradually, play them faster and faster.
Then...add octaves, change the rhythm...make them second nature.
Do you mean how to play them? Practice. If its about figuring them out...if you already know the Major scale, then all the other ones are based on that starting on different degrees.
For instance, the minor scale (Aeolian) is a Major scale starting on the 6th degree.
