Hey, just curious, if you're on the pill and get pregnant but don't know about it, do you still get a period in the placebo week? because I've been told it's not a real period?

    women who are pregnant do not typically get their period.........if this were true, nature would take their baby away.....this is more along the lines of bleeding due to the implantation of the zygote on the endometrium....it is lite bleeding, called "spotting", which some girl's sense is their period....women who are on the pill who are pregnant, but, do not realize it, taking the pill will not hurt their growing baby.....but, it will lead to headaches and nausea eventually........take care.....Brian......
