While, yes, there are health concerns for having anal sex, the fact that you don't want your husband to do that is more of a concern here. If you don't want to do that, then don't do it. Your husband needs to learn that no means no. He may want to have anal sex with you, but if you don't want to, then he needs to respect you for making that decision.
However, if you decide to accomodate him, then you'll want to make sure that you don't have regular sex after having anal sex unless your husband washes himself off first using soap and warm water. Also, you might want to have him wear a condom if you don't want him to cum inside your bowels.

Also to comment on what Byhtomit said, if you ever do that, make sure he wears a condom. Don't think that just because it's not vaginal sex that there can't be problems. It will also save him from running the risk of getting an incredibly painful UTI.
