While, yes, there are health concerns for having anal sex, the fact that you don't want your husband to do that is more of a concern here. If you don't want to do that, then don't do it. Also to comment on what Byhtomit said, if you ever do that, make sure he wears a condom. Don't think that just because it's not vaginal sex that there can't be problems. It will also save him from running the risk of getting an incredibly painful UTI.
