It just cost me 3 thousand to replace a tranny in a Jeep Cherokee. Chevy Cavalier should be quite a bit less than that.

it really depends on if it is a standerd or automatic. standards can usually coast less. So i'd have to say about 1,000 to 1,200 for an automatic
