What are some natural anti-depressants? I just don't like the thought of taking Prozac or anything like those

    Cognitive therapy (Either on your own with self-help books or with a therapist)

    Helping others/volunteering doing something you really enjoy

    Healthy eating habits including taking a multivitamin

    Proper sleep

    Spend some time in the sun if possible. Don't forget the sunblock.

    great question. Hypnothearopy is working wonders for me =) Homeopathy and Natrupathy is also something to look into =)
