When you answer a lot of questions or ask a lot, there are going to be DR's and questions flagged. There is a guy on here who is just a big turd and I looked up his personal profile just to see what makes this weirdo tick. He is a nasty ass and says really incredbily illegal stuff to people like calling them names etc. Anyway he has a perfect 100 percent rating on his answers! I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Does he work here or something???? Anyway, I welcome aholes because I eat them for breakfast. Good luck.

Oh yeah!But this is surely one place where I feel freedom of speech strongly.Because they might DR me but they can`t punch me,etc.Ha,ha,ha!..I think I`m starting to see DR`s as a sign that I am saying something important! :) or maybe not,whatever,atlest I can say what I want.

everyone does if you speak your mind and tell people what you really think without just trying to agree with them. Someone told me one time that when you get DRd you know you are doing something right. Remember that you could say your walls are green and someone would DR you because they disagree with you. You can NOT please everybody

I had one occurrence where someone down rated every answer I had given no matter what the subject matter was. As if it actually matters. It just highlights how pathetic some people can be.
Other than that I usually get down rated over religious arguments. These people just can't take any criticism!

I get a few, too many I think.
There are four types of answers.
Factual: what is the sum of 2+2? 4!
Opinion: what is your favorite color? Blue, no Yellow aaaahhhh!
Humorous: what would you do if you were grounded forever? don't touch live wires.
Insulting: Do you prefer steak or chicken? <bad childish language not relevent to debate>
I don't give DRs but if I did, only two would earn them. Incorrect answers to fact seeking questions and pointless insults towards someones opinion.
I really hate it when opinions get DR'd.

All the time as you can tell by my 91% plus rating at lvl 31...I have gotten used to it but I will not change who I am for the sake of approval rating...I tell it like it is and most people don't like it or a good portion of the time I try to be more comical than serious and that can have a negative effect also, either way I figure it's just website and has no real bearing on my real life what so ever, easy come easy go...

I did just recently on a perfectly innocent answer to a perfectly innocent question and was a bit surprised as there was no way the answer could have been interpreted as unhelpful/offensive so I was a bit confused.

Of course. There are many intolerant people here, as well as trolls that simply don't like me. Usually I get it for my political or religious views. [big surprise] But sometimes I get really odd DR's that make no sense at all.

A couple of times and I usually for serious question/answers ~ so I'm dumbfounded by them, so I have my ratings turned off now so I dont see them. I got my first flagging as nonsense today too! And it was a serious answer ~ unbelievable!
