  • I in truth can not speak as to Ohio law.But I can say that you would have a few constitutional rights that say you can.
  • I don't know whether Ohio law prohibits crossdressing, but I doubt it. I agree with another poster that the first amendment right of free expression seems to be implicated in clothing choices, but no right is absolute: we have laws against displaying genitals, for example. I recall hearing once that long ago there were laws against crossdressing but the (supposed) origin of such laws was a public safety concern that males disguised as females would accost women in public restrooms or lockerrooms. Such laws might have been designed to discourage the public appearance of gay men based on the stereotype equating crossdressing with homosexuality. You can check Ohio statutes online and perform a Google search. I'd be very surprised if crossdressing is illegal in any state: several states even have laws against employment and housing discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression. I suggest, however, that you DO NOT enter any public restrooms for women, regardless of how much you think you look like a woman.
  • Well, not illegal. But highly inadvisable if you are running for election of mayor of Cleveland. Check out Perez Hilton's blog or http://gone-hollywood.com/2009/09/east-cleveland-mayor-cross-dressing-scandal-photos/
