Help answer this question below.

Local Home Health Agency has aides who miss 75% of their scheduled work days. They don't fire them because the supervisor doesn't want to have to hire and train new employees. What is your honest opinion of this?

    You need to go over the supervisors head. One would think the company would be interested in this as it is a waste of THEIR resources and bottom line.

    The lazys need to go!

    The supervisor is just plain lazy, and I would be there a lot more than 25% of the time if I were in that position. Jobs are too hard to get these days.
