    Oh, love them! I grew up eating them w/ my grandmother. They're lovely dunked in milk and if you crush them, they make a killer cheesecake crust.

    I love ginger snaps but it sure is hard to find good ones nowadays. I like to use them crushed for piecrusts , besides eating them out of hand. They are also a good coating for fish if they aren't too sweet.
