I believe there is dental glue that you can use... My grandma had this issue a few years back before she got implants =)
tape, hot glue gun,
staple gun ? sodaring iron? gorilla glue?
I see a commercial for something called Denttemp; I would think that would work. CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid..
