    www.download.com

    note: megaupload and rapidshare don't have search functions, so you can just put 'site:www.megaupload.com' or 'site:www.rapidshare.com' on the end of a google search to find what you are looking for.

    this is great site for freeware, there is a shareware side of it also and once in a while you will see some of the software will say buy or trial buy mostly freeware and I have been using it for over 4 yrs never a virus/spyware etc for site
