Aren't the things I said and did the very thinngs that made them feel the ay they did? If you accept this then I would say they would remember me for a combination of the two.

People definitely remember you for how you made them feel. When a friend you haven't seen for a while suddenly called you, your mind rushes back to the time you were together and you remember how you feel with him. What he said and what he did to you add up to how you feel being treated by him. But most of the time you don't exactly remember what he said or did to you. But you remember how he made you feel.
