    He's cool.

He just needs to make up his mind and stop being such an attention grabbing drama queen.
He is worse than Magic Johnson was.

I think so, yeah. He retired elegantly and near the top of his game with a great record. He could have kept it like that.

I get that he still misses football, but he's not helping his body and he won't be helping a team. Not to mention all the stealth politicking that's been going on. Classy to classless.

I may get slammed for this. I dont know a lot about football, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

not in john maddens eyes. nothing is funnier then when frank caliendo(not really positive about the spelling of his last name) did that skit impersonating madden and at the end was singing how farve is the wind beneath his wings. lol. great!!!! but the reason hes the goat is cause he cant accept the fact hes washed up. gettin old sucks. but it happens to all of us. time to hang them up and keep them cleats hung up.

No. Hes still great. Everything that happend with green bay was the fault of stuck up ignorant team management and the coaches. they are the ones that caused Farve to leave, not anything Farve did.

It is a disappointment isn't it? I don't know why he can't just accept that he "was" one of the greatest QB's ever, and get back where he belongs in GreenBay, in some supportive role within the Packer organization and forget about playing anymore. I am sure they would be happy to accomodate him.

Of course not but to call him a hero is a bit of an overstatement, He was a football player not firefighter...

    I am not sure.

He is a good football player.

But the heroes where uniforms, rush into burning buildings to save lives, put themselves in the line of fire to save lives, and make great sacrifices for others.

If he has done that, he is still a hero.

Otherwise, I just admire his skills and I could admire his lifestyle and service if I was aware of it.
