  • Yes, it is very normal. Changing your sleep schedule is a gradual thing. Try just falling asleep an hour later each day and getting as much sleep as you can in the morning. If you wake up 1am on day, make sure the next morning you wake up no earlier than 2. It lets you sleep the same amount of time, but changes your hours. Also, try using coffee, soda, energy drinks to keep you awake until as late as you can. Good luck.
