The Bible is how God is instructing man how to be in communion with Him. Sex biologically is our strongest drive. Socially the sex drive can cause all kinds of trouble. So God, wanting us to be righteous, has to tell us alot about sex in the Bible, so we can use our intelligence to make wise choices in regards to sexual behavior. There is probably more sin around sex than any other temptation, so God (of course) was right to instruct us so much about it.
It was probably a pretty popular subject back then, just like it is now. People love sex, and the Bible was written by people!
Maybe the bible was written mostly by teenagers
It helped sell books even then.

And it was all naughty too.
You'd think someone wasn't getting any.
That's why the world has 6billion people.
Because it is written by some men (At least modified) to their most important thing of their time. Essentially rich did lots of work on this book.
Does the act of intimacy constitute marriage? In other words, once a couple have sex, are they considered "married" in God's eyes?
