    Like any citizen, if they have knowledge that is needed in any type of matter before the court, they should approach the attorney to offer to testify. If they are concerned about testifying on the stand, they can submit a Friend of the Court Brief.

    Sure if you adopted your step child. Otherwise your not considered their legal parent in thee eyes of the court.
