Yeah: don't cook eggs in a microwave!
with eggs u have to slowly build the temperature up. so that means the microwave is getting to hot too quickly. try boiling them. as soon as u turn the heat on put the eggs in. the temperature will slowly get hotter and thus not exploding ur eggs. homeboy makes alot of eggs.
The only time I use a microwave is when I making egg sandwiches. Beat the egg with pepper - put in a small glass dish and cook on high for 30 seconds. Makes a perfect egg for an egg sandwich.
Don't use the microwave and cook them on the stove top which actually takes the same amount of time or even quicker. A microwave turns egg proteins into rubber too easily.
Yeah, cook them on the stove, or, if you MUST use a microwave, cook them on a lower power setting for longer. When you take something cold, and start vibrating the molecules so quickly, with so much energy, as a microwave does on high, you're bound to have them release in some way. Try 50-60% power for 3-4 minutes instead of high for 1 minute.

You're reading I have a problem with cooking eggs in a microwave. Even out of the shell and mixed in a dish, they still "explode" when cooking. Any tips?
