I speed read at a little over two thousand words per minute, but I am a very slow writer at about 50 words per minute.
I read much faster than I write.
I can do both quite quickly, however I read much faster.
I read faster than the words I write =)

I'm a "certified" speed reader, so I can definitely read faster than I can write.
Assuming I'm writing legibly, I read faster. If I'm writing illegibly, I can write much faster.
