No. I think it was just a tragedy and that is a theory the father of the man she was dating had/has. I truly do not think it was anything but a fatal accident caused by a DUI driver going much too fast.

smart9426 I have taken your suggestion, reading several websites and found no support to believe that there was a conspiracy to murder Princess Diana via auto crash for any reason religious or otherwise. The links below confirm that she would have survived had she worn a safety belt. The man in the front seat who was wearing a belt did survive and his location in the vehicle is more likely to be fatal than hers in a back seat.
http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2006/270206dianadeath.htm This link shows the crash damage to the Mercedes Benz that confirms my observation that the rear seat occupants, if secured by a 3-point safety belt, should survive unless they suffer a broken neck (possible with osteoporosis). This was not the cause of death for Diana, who died from multiple internal organ injuries. This link also serves up all of the reasons for conspiracy but without support.
http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2006/12/09/diana-crash.html#skip300x250 This link addresses many conspiracy theories and contains the statement from Andre Lienhart (below), which supports my observation that it is difficult to kill someone seated in that back seat unless they drive off a cliff or fail to use their safety belt. I acknowledge that the ambulance was driven slowly and this too is explained, but my point remains that the method of assassination is unreliable.
Prof. Andre Lienhart, who reviewed the emergency services' response for the French investigation, told the program, called The Conspiracy Files, a key factor in the accident was Diana had not worn a seat belt. "What is certain is that she was not wearing a seat belt and this made things worse," Lienhart was quoted as saying in extracts screened Saturday. "We would like to think that if she had been wearing a seat belt, we'd have been able to save her."
http://www.coverups.com/diana/after.htm This link provides a number of first hand observations, all do not support a conspiracy, just an accident caused by a drunk driver and a desire to lose the paparazzi.

    No certainly not.

I am sure MI5 and MI6 could have come up with a better method than a car crash with a drunken driver . If Diana had been wearing her seat belt she would have survived. That was the opinion of the doctors at the time.
Since the new Inquest is going to be public we will hear all the details

I'm undecided on it. I think all the signs say it was an accident, but it was indeed very convenient for the royal family. Also there is the fact that Diana was conscious and joking when they got her out of the wreck but then when she reached hospital was described to reporters as being 'gravely ill.' I suppose there's only a few people who know for sure.

It was well known that the royals did not like Lady Di dating that man.People with that much money, power and influence could easily have planned the whole thing to make it look like an accident. There is a great possibility she was murdered.

Firstly, I do not think she was murdered at all

Secondly, religion had nothing to do with any of the conspiracies I have heard about

No, she was not. She was killed because of the idiocy of the Fayed family. Why in the hell did they not let her just walk out the front of the Ritz, get in the car, vaguely smile at the paparazzi and drive off. They would have still chased them but they may have not been so ridiculous in their pursuit.

She should have been wearing a seatbelt - surprised at her letting her guard down in that. Guard down being the operative word.

The Fayed's ego is what killed the Princess of Wales - Dodi's primarily. He was getting off on the fact that he was with her - if she ever had sex with him I'm a monkey's uncle - she only was with him to make Hasnat Khan jealous - anyone who is interested in the Princess's life would know that.

Me personally, i feel that it may have been a conspiracy. But, if it all comes out in the open we will all know anyway, right? I just can't stand the fact that Charles married horse-faced Camilla,(EWWWWWWWWWW!). She's so freakin' nasty! Diana had so much more class than her. I saw on Answer bag that Charles and Camilla are possibly having problems if that's the case, I hope they do end up splitting up. I hate them both! They don't deserve happiness.

No, she was murdered by her chauffeur who had drunk too much alcohol and by the press photographs who were hunting them. This are the official finding of the inquiries from the French and from the British.

Yes and No !!I read both books by Andrew Morton about her and
I do feeel Diana was beaten down by the royals to the point that she made some bad decisions. In a way I do feel the royal family are indirectly responsible for her death
It was very conveinant for them.I've seen that kind of intimidation a lot!!It usually ends that the person being targeted usually makes a fatal mistake under pressure that costs them somethng. In Diana's case it was her life!!!!I do believe that if she had been a little more careful, she would still be here.I do feel that the royals and the media (the perfect symphony)were
responsible !!!It's all was much too conveinant for Charles and the Royal family!!!!

No...and no she wasn't murdered. I've been through that tunnel...you will die at high speed.
Besides, Prince Philip's mother was a Catholic nun (seriously) and Diana's mother was also Catholic.

At the funeral they put a rosary sent from Mother Teresa in the casket with Diana.

    No.
