If i only have a birth certificate and no social security card how can i acquire an i.d. or drivers license?

    Apply for Social Security Card at your local SS office.

    Driver's license will require more ID. Check with your local DL department and they'll have a list of items that you'll need to have enough proof to get a DL.

    In the USA, you just go get a SS card like you are supposed to.
