Apply for Social Security Card at your local SS office.
Driver's license will require more ID. Check with your local DL department and they'll have a list of items that you'll need to have enough proof to get a DL.
In the USA, you just go get a SS card like you are supposed to.

I was receiving SSI in Tx & when I turned 62 I was told I had to take my early retirement.I now have no Medical coverage.I am bedbound.
