One of my high school teachers let a boy passed out papers in class,& this boy cusses at kids while he does it,when mention this to the teacher he thinks it funny continues to let the boy pass out papers.What is so funny about him cussing at other kids?

The teacher needs to go to the principal's office. He is worse than the kid he thinks is cute.
