Do you own more than a 1000 books?

That's a lot of books. Is storage a big problem for you?

Not usually...I have a lot of shelf space. I have my own personal room in the house that is dedicated just to housing all of my own books. It's my own personal library!

That's a hard Q-my interests are wide ranging. I do not care for the modern novel. I guess I'll go with mystery & suspense, although I read a variety of genre fiction. Am also into NF: biographys, psychology, math-especially # theory the last few years. Read a # of conspiracy books-New World Order, JFK Assasination, 9/11, especially.
The more I write, the more I think of! enjoy reading kids books-I always wanted to write them. Love the way good writers can communicate so well with a limited vocabulary. Humor is also an area I enjoy-but I must be particular here,as I've only found a few books that I appreciate.

Eddie Arcaro, the famous jockey, was permanently banned from racing for a violation during a race. A trainer went through the Movietone Film of the race & proved his innocence-thus allowing his return to racing. I have this trainer's copy of Arcaro's biography inscibed " To you boss, the one man who stood behind me..."
But I think you want my favorites to read: I'll have to think about it but 2 kids' books spring to mind: Veronica Knows Best by Nancy K. Richardson(totally hilarious) & Mail Order Wings by Betrice Gormly(a la Kafka).

I did, but I didn't want the Orlando Magic to lose. I'm happy for the Lakers though. They finally got their act together and showed that they are capable of winning. I won't know what to do with myself now that NBA is over. Maybe watch golf or baseball. I'm ready for my vaction. So that is all I can think about!

I do have interesting plans for the summer, including things I have never tried before. I have a slew of friends included so it should be fun. I really like summer sports, so I'll be looking for some to watch on tv also.
