I can't see them fighting it over a "mistake." I can see them fighting it if the act was willful and malicious. Even if they fight it, you may appeal...and if you present a strong enough argument, you will win. You stand a better chance if your infraction was unintended, unforeseen, unavoidable, or beyond your control. If you were negligent or careless...the company has good footing.
My manager hated me & fired me for dishonesty falsification of note written in the comupter.Can I collect unemployment in PA?
