I live in ILL my son is 16 and his lawyer in my divorce and 2 theripst say it is not in my son best interest to be force to visit his father in Alaska who he has not seen in almost 2 years and has not ever met his new wife and her 3 kids. divorced 01/09

    THE JUDGE SAID BY LAW HE CAN NOT RESTRICT VISITATION BUT WHY DOESNT THE THERAPIST AND MY SON LAWYERS REC. MEAN NOTHING. PLUS I READ SOMEWHERE RESTRICTING VISITATION TO OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US IS NOT RESTRICTING HIS VISITATION RIGHTS.
