  • I think it is like internet slang.. like I had a really ubber great day.. meaning.. I had a REALLY great day.. something like that I think?
  • UBER from German I think, meaning superior or ultimate. Dictionary sez: "above everything else."
  • i believe it means super in german.
  • As somebody who actually speaks German I can actually define über for you. It can mean about, as in "Du kennst nicht über mich!" (You know nothing about me!) It can mean above, as in "Es kommt als ein Schatten über's Land!" (It arrives like a shadow over the land) or, is can mean excessive, a la "Doch! Das war mal über angreifend, was dieses dicke Frau hat da mit mir gemacht!!" (No, what that fat whore said to me was overly/excessively agressive!) It can also, occcasionally, mean via. "Ja, ich hab's über das Internet gesehn." (Yeah, I saw it on the net!)
  • uber (with an umlaut, or two dots over the u) or ueber means over or upper in German , but it can have other meanings depending on the context. "wir sprechen ueber das Wetter" means "we are speaking about the weather."
  • You mean "uber" (with an umlaut over the "u") It's about the same as the word "over." It can mean it in the "above" sense or in the sense of over the airwaves, watching over something, thinking over the possibilities, etc. Sometimes it's used like "overly" - this is how it's been co-opted in English conversation.
  • Uber (with the umlauts over the "u") means "over," so, it can also mean "super."
