Help answer this question below.

Thanks for getting back to me ChrisDC, when i turn the tv on there is no light and no menu showing when i press the button for menu. this is part of the problem i think? i cannot choose the input etc? any thoughts?

- Yeah, it's new. I think he just bought it the other day. He encountered this problem during the initial set-up (which is equally frustrating).
