I have a 1999 Pontiac that starts and runs fine. However, when the engine reaches 3500 rpm, it cuts out, drops down to about 3000 rpm and back again. Like it's throbbing back and forth. If I hold the throttle down that's just what it will do. No vacume le

I have a 99 pontiac grand prix with 3800 engine runs fine untill it reaches 1500-1800 rpm then the engine surges it only does this in drive when this happens if you press the gas the rpm speed up past 1800 and it stops. Please help

03' expedition 4.6L It starts, runs and idles fine except when I go back to neutral or park. The idle fluctuates for a while up and down about 50-100 rpm. Sometimes it will slowly stabilize by itself but if I rev the engine a little it will. Any ideas?
