    At first I thought "NEVER", but then I thought...."if a tarantula somehow managed to get itself on my "boob", I wouldn't care WHO touched me in order to get the damn thing off me!
    Yep.....tarantula on boob....appropriate and acceptable boob touching should occur.....

    The only instance I can think of would be if I were getting my nipples pierced by a professional......If I were to whip out my tits in front of whoever and express to them that I was open to them touching should they feel inclined.
    Another is certainly kids (younger ones between 0 and 4, maybe 5). As with mine, they are quite large and very noticeable, especially if I have been carrying the child. As a matter of fact, breast fed babies learn at a very early age that if they rub the nipple, it becomes erect and suitable for latching on. Those are the only instances I can think of.
