Why do some people in church claim to be rightegous & live by God's Word but they judge, hate, gossip, tell lies on people they hold in contempt like mentally ill or homosexuals. Do they feel when they show this hateful attitude they are not sinning?

I guess that religeon sends off these messages to people to be perfect,and anything beyond it is unacceptable.It is not possible for the human mind to be perfect.It goes against nature,but when this book was written,no one knew much about phycology,giveing to the very fact that the person or people who wrote it could have been mentally ill themselves.These are my opinions.*

The pity of it is they seem to think it is right, or they are right. The religious of the World seem to me to be shooting themselves in the foot. They commit the lowest of sins against our children, try to push our sexuality against us, claiming same sex marriages are in order. Say something against them and see what sort of foul mouthed obscenities they can come up with. I am not a complete athiest but, I would like to see these parasites of the cloth taken for what they are and kicked out of our lives forever.

Every successful massacre is consecrated by a Te Deum, and the clergy have never been wanting in benedictions for any victorious enormity. distrust those people who know so well what God wants them to do because I notice it always coincides with their own desires.

The one mental attribute that people have in abundance is self-justification. Nobody who commits evil thinks that they are committing evil. Hitler probably saw himself as the saviour of Europe. Not only that, it has been shown that people are capable of holding directly contradictory beliefs at the same time. So it is possible for the 'religious' person to believe that homosexuals should be killed, and that their God is the God of love.

It isnt just christians,IT'S EVERYBODY!!! Christians are fallible humans just like everyone else. I have seen that type of hatred in all types of people weather they believe in God or not.

The hatred is so intense in these people. I wish they could REALLY see themselves. There is no enlightenment where there is anything less than unconditional love.
