Why would you be giving a tax return to a doctor's office?
I never sign copies of the return, and nobody has ever complained.

You're reading When signing a tax return three months after you filed. Ex: for a doctors office or a university, Do you sign the date you submit the form or the date you filed? Why or why not. I was having an argument with my dad about this.
Comments
When ever you have to submitt any records you have to sign it. Any university is required to do this.
