It's for profession use only, did you use developer?
From reviews I gather it does add a blue tint to your hair.

You realize this product is for GREY hair, not LIGHTLY COLORED hair. Yes, there is a difference. You said you bleached it up a level, but really, there's not much else you should do by yourself.

I saw over 100 professionals who ruined my hair every time. All I ever got was brassy coppery blonde hair and I have a cool skin tone! None of them listened to me, even the high end professionals, so that isn't always the answer, especially for the women like me who have ash blonde hair. They never listened to me. I even brought in my own dye and told them only to use that color or else I would turn brassy. She didn't listen, mixed up something else (which was ash, green based) and Put it on my head as I was trying to wave her away! Before I could stop her she had plopped it onto my head and it was all over. It took forever to get the color out! I needed dark ash blonde hair and was a red head. I took matters into my own hands and am very happy. I will probably never go to a professional again. After finding the wella drabber it has saved my hair and hair color. If you get too much blue pulling then use lemonade packet mix with some water to make a paste and it fixes it perfectly. I have tried everything under the sun. ALSO, if you hair tends to turn coppery/brassy, check your water! Hard water and metals, chlorine and other horrible things for your hair can turn it brassy. Try using bottled water to wash your hair until you get a filter.

  • Help! I used Wella Charm Drabber to dull the too gold tone, and ended up with a medium ash brown hair with blue-green tones. I tried the "peroxide cap" for 5 minutes (lightened slightly) any further ideas? Can I put in some highlights to lighten the look
