Last week, while in a neighbor's yard only about 200 yards/meters from our house, my wife & kids saw a bald eagle at the top of a tall tree! Have you ever seen one, or another rare animal?

A neighbor is complaining about a dead pine tree on my property. I want to keep it because Bald Eagles like to roost in it. It is not in danger of damaging his home or any other property. Could he take action against me?
