I'm with you on that. It says be was "harassing" people, but provides no details of what he was doing besides being dressed in a rather unique way. He was on his own property. I don't see a crime.

Apparently men wearing bras just aren't considered haute couture. Payton, let this be a lesson to you.... I bet HE didn't go to Victoria Secret to be 'sized' properly.

When creepy becomes public indecency, or a stalker or harmful to others.
I know! It's like being a stalker is a bad thing! Since when was it weird to ask "What colour is your underwear?" to people, I'm just curious!
