  • Thinking of a extremely peaceful place and imagine being there. I like imagining a stream quiet and the sound of the water rushing along lying in the grass resting in the warth of the sun.
  • I take deep slow breaths and count down from 100, one number for every 2 breaths. It helps get my mind off all of that brain garbage that swims around in my head keeping me awake.
  • the only proven thing that helps me fall asleep is..staying up..being online till my eyes get heavy..not warm milk..not even a short 4 mile jog..iam still up after waking up at 3:45am today..iam glad iam not alone in my fight over insomnia. ive had it all my life!
